• •Maintain your Nise Coins account and credit points after purchases
• •Enforce the 18+ age gate at registration
• •Send transactional emails (order receipts, password resets) — never promotional mail without your explicit opt-in

• •Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics

We use a single session cookie (nm-session) to preserve your guest cart before you sign in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (database hosting, payment processing, transactional email). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active plus 2 years thereafter, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
