By creating an account or placing an order on Nise Mercado you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be of legal age in your country of residence to register or purchase from Nise Mercado. By providing your date of birth during registration you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to close accounts found to be in breach of this condition.

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• •You must provide accurate, current information at registration
• •You may not share your account or use another person's account
• •Notify us immediately at support@nisemercado.com if you suspect unauthorised access

• •All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• •Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email
• •We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud
• •Payment is charged at the time of order placement

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

• •You may return undamaged, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
• •Digital goods and personalised items are non-refundable
• •Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
• •To initiate a return, email support@nisemercado.com with your order number

• •Nise Coins are awarded at the rate defined per product at the time of purchase
• •Nise Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
• •We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Nise Coins programme at any time with 30 days notice
• •Nise Coins are forfeited if your account is closed for breach of these Terms

All content on the platform — including logos, product images, copy, and code — is owned by or licensed to Nise Mercado. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• •Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
• •Interfere with the platform's availability or performance
• •Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• •Resell products purchased on the platform without our express permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nise Mercado's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
